What is HeartMath?
As a HeartMath coach, I teach people how to use HeartMath's science-based self-regulation techniques to improve their lives. HeartMath techniques are designed to help people develop a connection between their heart and mind, called coherence, which can lead to a calm, balanced, and energized state.
